Fear & Aggression

Fear is the default emotion embedded in all animals, it exists as a mechanism for survival, to keep safe. When faced with a potentially scary situation the part of the brain responsible for fight, flight, or freeze kicks in. When there is a possibility to flee most animals will choose it, but when that option is not available displays of what we would call aggression can be utilized to try to make the scary situation go away. Fear is easy to instill in animals due to their natural inclination to avoid danger and as such it can be challenging to fully resolve.

These programs are designed to help clients with a Fido who is 5 months or older struggling with issues such as extreme shyness towards people or dogs, aggressive displays towards people or other dogs while on and off leash, a serious bite has occurred, etc.
